WOW indeed!:eek::eek::eek:

After seeing the post I've only got say this about the guy...
Dedicated, meticulous, thorough attention to detail.
Bordering to the point of insane! He's done a beaut job so far, certainly loves powder coating bits prone to rust which makes total sense. Is he being sponsored by Hammerite at all?:p

When he's finished it's going to look so rad! Wonder what it'll be worth will be after all that resto work? Fantastic job(y)

Beautiful work on a very under rated lil car!

More updates posted and car is now MOT'd and on the road: http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=334087&page=14 :) :) :)

Congrats again on saving an old Skool classic from scrap heaven, and on getting it on the road too(y) I don't know if you live near or far Jasracing, but if you do happen to live near, would you consider bringing it to Brooklands Autoitalia next year so I and I'm sure there are others who'd love to ogle it in its full glory?..;):D

Edit: just spotted your location! So what are the chances?

Brooklands is a couple of hours from me but always worth the trip and in fact this year was the first in several years I didn't attend the Italian Car Day there (previously in my Coupé). Next year I'll be there, weather permitting!

This year I'm going to The Retro Show at Santa Pod and Standford Hall (in the Uno) :)

Santa Pod eh?:cool: keep meaning to check it out one year, never get round to it:p

If you do ever bring the Uno to Brooklands it will be great to see it there as well and I'm sure it will be turning a few heads too :D

Shame you missed this years one it was quite good overall , lots of folk turned up this year, more so than the Stewards could manage.One of the young Stewards told me, he was complaining about being told to go here there and everywhere lol, Hill climb had to be halted for a bit because some old guy took a tumble on the hill going down by me and got concussed from the fall, I managed to grab his Mrs from doing the same thing as she was trying to come down and see if he was alright, she nearly suffered the same fate!:rolleyes:

Apart from that weather was great all in all a good day, can't wait to see what goes on next year, hopefully I'll get my cat C Mk2 Punto HGT I'm repairing to go back on the road will be sorted by then and that will be two mk2 Hgt's in attendance (another dying breed lol) at the Forum stand, provided I can drag my Sister along to drive it lol as I'll be driving the other one ;)
