I wouldn't bother with Janspeed if I were you.

Longlife will make and fit a custom box for that kind of money.

jan speed has research and development. Customer system just one that fits.

The exahust bore on a sporting is bigger than 899, it will fit but you need a reducer.

is yours a cinq or sei?

My experience of Janspeed is that the fit is nowhere near as good as it should be (I could never get the Janspeed on my old Cinq. to fit properly) and, although the main system may be stainless (not sure in this case?) - the tail pipes will rot and drop off within a couple of years.

That's why I'm going custom built this time - you get to chose your noise level and tail trim, as well as getting a guaranteed fit.

Janspeed are known for their quality. Don't think anyone has report problems about their stainless janspeed.

On the other hand sportex is not stainless.

Janspeed are not the Janspeed made famous by racing success - they're just another accessories manufacturer / reseller these days - the original Janspeed went bust in 2001.

The system I had was from the original Janspeed company.... I'm not surprised they went under!

I honestly don't know why there can be any other decision than to go to Longlife and get something built whilst you wait.

They have branches all over the UK and prices come out at around the same as off the shelf systems.
