Hello folks.
Found this in my vehicle documents- is it anything Ducato related? Does not have any reference to Fiat on either side, numbers obscured for security just in case! Thanks everyone.

it is the Fiat electronic and mechanical codes for the key. I also think the electronic code can be used by Fiat to start the vehicle if the immobiliser is activated but have no personal experience of this.

Although I have never seen one, I am quite sure that it is as rayc says a key code card. You are lucky to have it. Keep safe and secure. It gives the mechanical and electronic key codes for the vehicle.

The use of the electronic code is not restricted to Fiat. You can use it in emergency, and the complex procedure is detailed in the handbook, but incorrectly only mentions use on petrol engined vehicles.

It is indeed the "key code" card. Most UK converters withhold them at the request of insurance companies.
I've had one with each of my continental conversions, including the current Hymer.

The mechanical code is the one that enables a sufficiently equipped outfit to cut you a physical key. The electronic code allows amongst other things programming a new key to enable remote operation and compatibility with the immobiliser.

As per Fiat advice, best not left in the vehicle (though a picture on your phone might prove useful)

Thank you everyone for your answers. I never thought it was that, but maybe an aftermarket immo on a Megane I had- it was with the docs for that. Safely secured and noted if it ever needs to come out and play. Thanks again folks!
