I found this post on FB, and I'm pleased to report that my 9 speed auto does not behave like this, but I can't speak for the 6 speed semi-auto

My manual 6 speed is absolutely spot on. And cheaper to tax and more fuel efficient [emoji12] non of this wonkyness
