General wiring in my cb radio on stilo multiwagon

hy guys looking to find the best way to connect my cb radio in a stilo 1.6 multiwagon ,some say wire it to fuse box via the radio fuse and earth ,some say wire direct to battery ,some say go through your cigarette lighter with connecting a adapter for it so not sure please could you clever guys advise thanks in advance .
