Technical Windows Mobile/Media help needed

Hi, help needed please if possible. For some weird reason the Windows Mobile feature on our Fiat Bravo 57 plate has suddenly stopped working.

The Radio and CD player work fine, as do the volume and track up and down buttons. When I have a USB stick inserted I can change to that and it plays, the volume buttons work but I cannot change between tracks on the stick.

More importantly the Phone button and Windows button no longer work at all. I can't therefore use the bluetooth features etc. :bang:

Has anyone come across this and if so any idea what's caused it and how to fix it.

Try disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes. If not try a software update. It may not recognise it if it's not working at all though. Try the battery thing and see what happens.

Battery didn't help. How would I go about doing a software update.
