I run 7.5j on mine and it's on eibach sportlines. Could easily handle another half inch. Just watch for the offset, the further towards the arch they sit, the less width you can handle.

Yeah in all fairness unless you are running air/hydros or silly low coilovers, 15" wheels will just look lost in the caverns that fiat call "arches"
