been repainting the bridges on an ecu to increase the multiplier (pencil marks were getting a bit old so it sometimes booted back to stock fsb)
once finished i tried to boot, forgetting the cpu's heatsink and fan were still removed. it lasted about 5 secs and then went dead. now nothing happens when i press the power button, not even any lights on the case. hahaha
thankfully this was on my crappy athlon XP machine, but its a good reminder that you should NOT feck about with things when you're stoned.
