You have to replace OIL filter whenever you replace oil !!! Oil filter costs like 5EUR and is a vital component which keeps your engine from malfunction. Any SAE 5W40 or 5W30 synthetic based is OK, recommended is SELENIA K P.E (5W40) or SELENIA WR P.E. (5W30). I always use Selenia WR in T-JET as it is not a thick as 5W40 and comes to all parts of the engine ASAP. From the list you wrote I would put in SELENIA K P.E 5W40 since you did not write that you can buy 5W30. I used 5W40 before but Fiat changed the recommendation and now they recommend 5W30.
Regarding replacement of fuel filter...how many km do you have?

The fuel filter should not to be replaced. It's lifetime filter.


The recommended oil is KPE or ACEA C3 (this is important for warranty and for DPF or TWC (T-Jet case)).


But ACEA Cx oils have less TBN, so it is important to change oil (more often) at least once a year and/or every 10 000km.


Other oils are OK, but why do you want to change brand/type oil?

Fuel filter on diesel should be replaced every 60000 km on gasoline version every 70000 km. Check the servicing schedule in mine it says so.

for t-jet there is no schedule for fuel filter replace.

you could check this for example on purflux online.
