Technical Where did this fall off from?

looks like a part of a bush or mounting (Radiator mount?) Its chucking it down with rain and dark so I cant see if anything is a miss but maybe some panda expert can id it straight away.

It is a radiator mount. It goes at the bottom of the rad.

It's a lower radiator mount.

which end connects to the body?

Seems perfectly fine. The white end goes in a hole in the supporting metal bracket, the black rubbery end goes in the radiator plastic housing. Easier to do than explain
You should be able to pop it back in by removing the 2 L-shaped brackets that hold the radiator at the top. Of course to remove them you will have to remove the grille first.
