Technical when to change timing belt

Hi

I'm a newbie and have just bought a 1999 Hymer E650 on a Fiat 2.8 Ducato with 102,000 kilometres on the clock.
The Fiat book is in German which I don't speak or read and I would like to find out the interval period for changing the timing belt, mine was done at 60,754 which was five years ago. From reading other posts it seems that it needs changing about now but it's not done many kilometres since the last time.

if its 5 years old it needs doing regardless of miles
