Technical wheel vibration

hi guys, got a vibration coming from my front wheel drivers side had the tracking done and a new trackrod end fitted, my steering wheels seams pull like its going left to right in my hands when going slow then the wheel seams to start to bounce when i get near 60 miles per hour, didnt start until i had the cv joint done any ideas or is it just a bad tyre had part worns put on not long back

Try changing front wheels for back to see if that changes anything..

all sorted changed the tryes, and the pulling to the left has stopped aswell, found the brakes were buynding on the nearside, took of the calliper and cleaned it up works fine now,
