Wheel Refurbers (NW)

My front passenger wheel met a nasty piece of pavement avoiding a near head on crash yesterday so i need to get ait repaired before the rest of the paint decides to come away, Any1 reccommend anywhere to get this done in the NW ie Bolton Warrington Manchester areas?

alright si, not total help but i know that rab knows somewhere in the north west, think it's somewhere in bury, he'll prob reply to this when he sees it, unless you have his email...

When i last spoke to them they told me that i could leave the car with them or take them the wheels it was up to me,
The price would be the same.
They would take the rubber off, do what ever was needed to the wheel then put the rubber back on and balance the whole lot.
The price i was quoted was £35 each wheel and if you wanted them mirror polishing you'd be looking to pay another £10-£20 depending on the wheel and the amount of work involved.

So if your alloys come standard silver, i.e for example fiat ones and you had them mirror polished, would the look mirrored after or what. curious.

I had my wheels done there when I got them 2nd hand. Excellent job !

Bit of a sod to find that is one scary roundabout thing in the centre of Bury at rush hour !

But recommend them, decent blokes and a decent job on the wheels, also sorted me some new P6000's at a very good price even though they don't specifically sell tyres ! They also do a mobile service as well I think, touch up your wheels in the car park at work
