most dangerous thing in my old tipo was taking a set of chicanes at aprox 60mph, due to not paying attention. braking was a no no so had to keep foot down on accelerator to keep it steady
and that was a very wallowy 1.4!
funniest thing was when it snowed, i performed a handbrake turn (well the car changed direction but still moving in the same direction as before) which made all of my passengers scream lol. corrected it and continued as normal! what wasn't so funny for me was then getting locked out with the keys in the ignition at the end of a small lane in a blizzard!!
took it to Eurofest at Castle combe went on track in it:slayer: got overtaken by everyone pretty much by at least one lap lol.

haven't had the sedici long but i have surprised a few people in it:devil: not racing anyone though, just moving off of lights at the same speed as some cars being "driven hard" without me really trying, and/or leaving cars standing when the speed limit changes.

As my dad is on this forum as well i dont do any of the above in my car i obey all speed limits and never race or do silly things when drivin :devil:
:devil:sounds like you have had fun in it, i luv it when those bmw drivers, subraru drives pull up next to you thinking they own a fast car, i cant resist it, when you hve 190bhp under the bonnet. 0-60 in my tipo is just under 7 seconds

190bhp? what have you dont to the engine to improve on the standard 15bhp? any pics?

ant had my blue one for long i bought it when you bought your blue one of e-bay, you might reconise it, i bought it for £275, and i didnt think it had 190bhp, untill i took it to my m8s rolling road, i havnt the time to do anything wiv it at the momnt i tried selling it on hear, i have spent bout £600 onit since ive owned it an i havnt even got it moted. i think he just had it chipped and a few other things, but sum 1 has spent loads of money onit. before i bought this one i went to have a look at your blue one it want to far from me (manchester), it was mint and when he bought it he paid about £2000 for it, he haggled you about with it, lookin at the feedback you left him.
190bhp with no visible mods apart from an induction kit and I'll guess a modified exhaust (manifold looks original).
Seems a lot, think Sedicirich's is running about the same after being rebuilt by Guy Croft.

i dont no whats been done to the engine, i have a a sheet some where showing 190bhp and it's not a turbo, i thought the same as u at 1st but when i took it to the rolling road i got proved rong. he modified it upto 190bhp when he had the engine out changing the cambelt and other things
Hell! I'd like to see what was done to it, and to see some rolling road results.
no probs try and get a pic of the print out paper of the rolling road, and ive e-mailed the guy to see what modifacations he had it chipped upto

Yeah he idid mess me around with the price i won it fair and square on ebay but when i phoned him he told me he had already sold it to someone else. It wasnt till a mate of mine rung him that we found out he hadnt sold it and he even offered it to my mate. we finally sorted it all out but i just wish he was straight with me from the start would have saved alot of hassle.

I could get a print out with mine showing 300bhp so I'll say that result is debateable. Mine's is 185 at the wheels so about 210 FW. I almost climbed in the back of my fellow competitors 306 with a RR'd 225 bhp. But hey if you have it out on track I'll tell you if it has anything like that power
Stupidest thing I did was when I bought it, took my mate for a drive, went far too fast into a roundabout and had to go the wrong way round it to avoid distaster. Silly boy of 21yrs.
