i have the following mono block amp

to run my 2 vibe subs,
recently my amp broke, so i ordered another one of the same kind, which arrived broken, so i thought that i would order the above amp as it is quite a bit better for not much more price,
when i wire up my new amp, the green light comes on but no output comes from my subs???
there are enough speaker outputs for 2 subs, so i wired them up just as normal, each sub to each postive and negative terminal. why arent my subs giving an outout,

p.s it is a brand new 4 gauge amp wiring kit so i doubt its anything to do with that?
