Hi everybody!
Last Sunday, just at the time of the Olympics closing ceremony, I had a car accident. My car turned once before landing upside-down at the fields next to the road. Nobody hurt, not even one scratch and I am thankful for that. So, I was among the privileged ones who can start thinking after such situation about another "victim", my car.
My car is a FIAT UNO 1400cc Dec.1991. I have it since 1999 -during all my university years- and it was in perfect condition. I had never been a runner but I am a traveller. He got me everywhere: cities, mountains, plains, islands (and almost to the sky). He 's still my buddy. I cannot accept the idea of losing it forever, breaking it into parts for selling them or making it an iron-cube for souvenir. Actually, I was suggested to get it in an iron-yard but it can also be repaired in a cost of 1500-2000 euros.
What would you advise me to do? Should I expect the same performance from that car? Does it worth investing in your memories? I am not intending to move it as before, I just want it to "rest" in my garage.
