I may be biased but I think the best bet by far is a set of Bosch Super 4s. They seem to last for ever and have improved tick over in all the fiats i've owned...good and pretty cheap too can't be bad.

I've the Beru Ultra X plugs on my 1.0fire kat engine, and they seem to last long always ensuring nice startups with cold and wet weather too!They costed 20€ here.
