Technical Weird turbo question

Hi again had a look around forum and cant find the sorce to this prob i have a 1.9 110sx multi 01plate manual when i release the throtle pedal the turbo sounds like a bird is tweeting never heard it before but it is now really loud and sounds like i have a whistle or some thing some where any ideas welcome thanks

Not the noises this is makin when ya floor it ya should hear it kick up when ya release throtle sounds like a bang then a bird in there really hard to explain the noise prob just replace turbo
