Technical Weird cables, what are they for?

So i have a punto mk1. It didn't come with a radio, and i cant find one to mach the connectors.
Now... I posted this the day before , but i am trying to put the question from a different perspective.

I have these weird connectors in my car, and they are coming right where the radio should be, but everywhere i look, i cant see someone to have them as well.
So, what are they for ?
Are they for radio? If so, do you know ehat are they called ? And if i can find some adapters ?
