Technical Weird brake light problem...

Just noticed that the brake lights on my Pickup work fine with the headlights switched off, but when the headlights are switched on, they only get a tiny bit brighter when the brake pedal is pressed, is this common to all Fiorinos? Im just worried about someone smashing into the back of me at night....

Looks like a (common...) ground problem.
Clean the grounds, and see if that helps.

Thanks, did that but no luck... im thinking of perhaps wiring in a third brake light to have in the rear window - anyone done this? How did you do it?

I have a third brake light, glued on the inside rearwindow.
I found the correct + wire under the driver side carpet, and I grounded the brake light just somewhere behind the drivers seat.
Works great.
