Apologies for a post that referes to an engine in my 2006 Panda 4x4, but this Forum seems to be the most 'modifying-friendly' and knowledgeable! I have a fairly urgent problem and need info about the standard 1.2 injectors.
I have fitted a Rotrex supercharger and we're now trying to map it. I am looking for injectors in the 240-260cc/min range and they need to be replacements of the type used in my car as standard.
Car is a 2006 Panda 4x4, with fly-by-wire Marelli TB, MPI with Weber PICO injectors, ie: the small ones, not the bigger Bosch jobs that come for example on the Panda 100HP. I need to identify what the OEM injectors are in terms of part number and spray pattern, as well as flow, so that I can guage what's needed to accommodate the s/c.
There are a mass of Weber PICO's around, all with IWPxxx-type part numbers, but of course they vary not only in flow, but also spray pattern. Some Pencil, some Spray, some Bent etc etc.
Would anyone like to hazard a guess as to the flow and spray type that are in my car as STD please? More to the point, does anyone have a recommended supplier for bigger ones?
