Water/meth injection?

Hi people

Has anyone ever had a water/meth injection system fitted? Seems like it can make a massive difference to turbo petrols.

Its costs a bit i admit, but im interested. Cooler intake and cylinder temps, reduced detonation so possible longer engine life, plus 10-15% power increase!

It has been done on the Cento section.

But the increase in power doesn't come from the water (or the methanol) but from being able to run more boost without det.

Methanol, incidentally, is poisonous and corrosive, so treat with caution.
