General Washer jet adjustment

We have a 2013 Ducato X250 based motorhome and the washer jets need adjusting, is this possible if so can anyone please say how ?

Small flat blade screw driver in from the side will adjust the up down movement. There is no side to side adjustment and if any of the three holes in the jet are blocked then cheap and easy to replace at £5.65 a pair.
