Technical Warning Messages - Can I Switch Them Off?

I keep getting a 'low brake pad' warning, but have had the brakes checked fully and everything is okay. I would therefore like to switch off the warning messages that keep flashing up.

I have the standard version of Nav installed (LCD screen, rather than the colour Nav+).

Any help would be appreciated, many thanks Nick.

Sounds liek the wire that runs to the pads is being chafed by the lip on the discs.
Better to sort out why the warnings coming up than try and disable it.

I have tried to find the fault and two separate dealers have as well.....

In a perfect world, I would have found the fault and would no longer be getting the warning message, however as all the visible wiring has been checked (and I'm not stripping out the vehicle's interior.....), I'd like to be able to switch off the warning messages.

Anyone out there know if this is possible, and if so how to do it?
