I have one available on my parts car. I can include any mounting bolts that are there when I remove it. I'm in SE MI, but I travel to IL regularly - so I pass through NW Indiana (though, you say you're in Central IN in another thread).

My parts car had barn-stored for many years when I found it...but the floorboards had already rusted away and been "repaired" before it was put into the barn. I keep it under my RV canopy and under a car cover, now.
