WANTED - HANDLES

I have looked all over this forum and am sick of looking hrough e bay so thought i would try a wanted post.

I am in need of some handles for my bravo, i dont mind if they are the old bubber or plastic, all to be either black or the baby blue colour (w reg bravo)

If anyone has any going spare please let me know!

I have bought some new speakers but i wont take the doors apart to replace the speaker when i need door handles as well!! So ill do them both at the same time, if anyone can help a guy in need!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

best bet is a scrap yard mate. failing that you can goto fiat like I did, but they'll charge 60quid for the pair.

Hi mate,

Got a passenger handle if you want it for nowt??? You pay postage and its yours..

got no grommits with it or arms, just the handle and it is taken froma Marea and its immaculate... bought it for the Brav, just never fitted and now my Bravos gone

Hi Andy, Are they the plastic ones?? What paint would i use to paint them black and will the paint need to be lacqured etc?/ I think i have spelt that right?

Go to your local halfords and get the paint from them, if they don't have your colour in they can mix it for you while you wait.

you will need:
-1 can of grey plastic primer
-1 can of paint to match your car (or black if you like)
-1 can of lacquer

Take your time and leave 15mins between coats.

Is a bit of a faff to get the door rod back in but take your time and it'll be worth it!

pretty much as simple as said, takes a few hours incl prep but on a nice day it beats gardening

yes they are plastic Marea ones, so you can either have a pair of front ones with the lock barrel holes, or rear ones that are blanked off so you just use your remote to get in (if it works...?!)

It would definately be the locked ones i would be after, my wife is the artist in our house so ill speak to her tonight and make sure she knows how to do it and let you know but yeah definately for that price (if Ali can do them) ill have them.
