Wanted 2L engine

As the post says guys I'm after a 2 litre HGT lump, Gearbox, ecu drive shafts the whole lot. Written off car or just the parts.

Would prefer a 155 but would consider a 147 too.

All the big national salvage yards want a fortune so I'm after a private sale idealy but if you know of any local yards with hgts in please post. Any where in England considered

My bravo deserves a bigger engine I'm just looking in to prices at the mo.

I'm thinking either 2L or 2L coupe turbo.
If I put a HGT lump in me and my mates can do all the work so it would work out alot cheaper but If I put a coupe turbo in I'll have to have it done at Art which will cost me about a grand in labour

still thinking which to do at mo but if a cheap HGT lump turned up I'd go for that.

What size is your engine now? Your post implies you don't have an HGT so you're limited to what else can go in.

HGT - go for a coupe 20v Turbo
Anythying else - coupe 16v Turbo

If a cheap 2L turns up I'll put throttle bodies and a 4 branch exhaust manifold so my exicsting 1.6 exhaust manifold would be up for sale! My nitorus kit would be up for sale too as I'd have to buy a direct port nitrous system.

Either way what ever engine I go for they'll both be putting out 200+ bhp
