Technical voice commands stilo abarth

I have just picked up my new STILO 2.4 ABARTH . its all good but didnt get the manual for the stereo/sat nav, i have sorted most functions,but cant manage how to use the voice commands for the c,d etc ,can anyone help??can use voice dialing but dont have the commands for anything else?
