Video file format

Hi guys. I need to post a video on here but it wont let me. What's the file and size permitted?

You can't upload videos using the 'Attachment' features, you can upload them to the Gallery, however Gallery size is limited until you make a donation to the forum.
Easier to just bang them on Youtube/Vimeo/etc to be honest
