Evening peeps.

See the pics attached have i got the right pipe, air con has never worked, and want to know if there is an issue with the pipe, i didnt remove it, but i could not feel any kind of hole. Dont suppose you can tell from the pic if its the original or the new flexi version.

This is starting to pee me off big time, when i approach 2000rpm in any gear, i get a vibration which all the way up through the cabin. Any ideas what it could be.

The one that seems to crack for everyone with earlier version Stilos is this one, in line and below the rh headlight

It's the rigid part of the pipe that cracks through not enough "give"

Newer pipes have much longer flexible part

You'd have a job feeling for a crack in the pipe, best idea is take it to an aircon specialist who will pump probably nitrogen in there and detect a large leak instantly

The other problem could be a misfire (unlikely though and can be detected via eobd – scan error codes) or (more likely) engine rigid support failing; last but not least (will get flamed for this one..) it could be clutch/flywheel related (but this should show itself at any speed ..)
