Not a YouTube link but think it belongs in here anyways.
Just thought I'd mention Veoh to everyone incase you's ain't heard of it before. It's basicly YouTube but with less people blogging about crap. Has a lot of TV shows and Movies but that ain't what interests me anymore although I do watch the occasional programm on it still. The best thing I think is using it for music. Unlike YouTube the clips aren't limited to 10min but instead 43min which is alot better if you want to listen to some tunes whilst doing something else. Case and point Tiesto.
Veoh has 6 30min long clips of Tiesto all from 1 set hence all the songs are different.
YouTube has really crap live performances recorded on peoples phones or a mountain of 3min clips or 1 good 10min "Power mix"
You can also download the clips so that the play one after another meaning you get a continous 3 hour set.
The Veoh player also lets you download videos from YouTube if you fancy it.
So yeah Veoh.com rocks and the Veoh player is pretty good to.
