General Ventilationvalve

In my multipla the ventilationvalve between inside and outside air don't work. where can i find this valve?

Look up inside the passenger footwell. You'll see the black circular housing of the blower fan - the flap that selects fresh or recirculated air is above that and there's an electric motor that moves it.
Can try and get a photo if you need it
