Hi there! I have a Fiat Bravo 1,6 SX -98 with the original AD182H stereo, this is the stereo with the built-in CD-changer control. The interesting thing is that you don't have to buy an original, or not even a Grundig CD-changer. Any CD-changer that is supporting the Sanyo CD-changer system will do! I my self bought a "Symphony CDC-9200" (10-disc) on sale for 20% of what a Grundig changer would have cost me. I did the installation in 10 minutes. Four screws, I mounted the changer under the rear parcel shelf, and then just plug it in since the car is prewired. The advantage of mounting the CD-changer under the shelf, and not on the luggage compartment floor, is that it's very easy to remove the unit when you need the extra luggage space.
One big disadvantage with the AD182H stereo and a 10-disc CD-changer though is that you can't direct access disc 7 to 10 since you only have six buttons. The stereo will however play these extra four disks, but you (so too say) just don't have the same control over them.
With kind regards
