Be careful of

Dying Clutch (old so likely to need replacing if not already changed)

Leaking Rear Brake Drums (look for oil on the wheels or have a feel)

Steering Rack for the power steering. check the rubber covers they should be covering it and check for fluids.

Oil leaks are normal :p but if the engine has been steam cleaned is likely the rubber seal will need replacing.

Check the water for traces of oil or foreign subtances.

Check Shock Absorbers, bounce test will do.

not much more i can think of apart from the obvious body work and electrics.

thanks mate do you think if it leaks supposedly from a seal around the power steering thats gonna be a big problem?

Well unless it can be easily fixed it might be a serious problem.

Power steering uses the Hydraulic fluid, so does your clutch and so does your brakes. I'm not sure if its three seperate systems or if they are all linked somewhere.

if the pressure gets low one day you either break down or drive into something.

when my clutch fluid pipe ruptured I often had trouble stopping, I thought the brakes needed bleeding but I just had low pressure, fortunatly the clutch packed up before the brakes did so when the pipe was replaced everythin was ok (y)
