Someone who knows will be along shortly to give you a definitive answer but I know cinq alloys are often used on 2wd pandas. Not sure about sisley though.

He doesn't say what the offset is but taking an educated guess I'd say yes, in fact 4x4's don't foul the arches so easily because of their extra height and less suspension movement. I'd recommend 165/65/14 tyres if you do get them.
