I'm going to replace my Sony XS-F1022 10cm speakers with some Kenwood KFC-P403 4" component Speakers.

The link for the speakers I'm thinking of getting is below:

Does anyone have these speakers fitted to their car, and if so are they any good.

Any comments are welcome, please feel free to express your views.
I want to stick with kenwood speakers as my whole sound system is kenwood, and really wanna stick to one make.

I look forward to hearing from you.

i used to have them fitted in my sei until i got bigger speakers put in.

i cant fault them for 4", they cant run a lot off bass but the treble is ok. If they amp run then as HP (High Pass) so it filters out much off the bass.

what is the rest off your stereo like, what are u running

OK where do I begin.

My Head Unit is a Kenwood KDC-MP6090R

This head Unit is hooked up to some front Sony XS-F1022 front 10cm speakers mounted in the dash link below
http://www.car-hifi.co.uk/sony/itm00182.htm

And some Kenwood KFC-1378 13cm speakers mounted in the rear quarter panels.

I've also got some Kenwood 6"x9" 6908 speakers on a stealth shelf,
http://www.dealtime.co.uk/xPF-Kenwood_KFC_6908
(But these aren't wired up yet, as I've got to make a rack for my amp)

And some Kenwood 17cm 1787 speaker to go in the front doors

(These aren't even installed yet as I'm planning on taking off the door cards and tinting the windows at the same time, plus I need my amp installed to run them.)

This is the amp I have, at the moment sitting in its box under my bed, soon to be installed hopefully

I hope this helps you out.

I really want the front 10cm speaker to be louder, plus they are Sony at the moment and am after getting some Kenwood speakers anyway, to match the rest of my system. (Then my Sony 10cm speakers can be given to my dad).

Let me know what you lot think. Thanks very much.
