Technical Uno Turbo With Thema Engine???

Hi there!!! i have a Uno Turbo Abarth 90´ the car is in exellent shape but my CPU (microplex) is wasted...:yuck: i couldn`t find a new one to make it run.... but was wondering if it`s posible to fit a Lancia Thema 2.0 8v Turbo Engine on it???? I heard that it`s posible???? well it woud be great to put that 200 hp italian piece under the hood :devil:

BTW an Uno turbo is not an Abarth

by the way... dont know if realy a turbo abarth... but the car says so... and the engine to...

Sounds like a beast in the making, would be pretty nose heavy with a big lump upfront, probably handle like ****e on the curvy stuff but great in a straightline. :devil:

You sure the previous owner didn't have a fetish for Abarth stickers? I've seen a number of aftermarket Abarth stickers planted on Unos but wasn't aware that a Uno Turbo Abarth was ever made.

Fiat did make abarth kits for the Uno.. I have a set of MK1 abarth skirts in the garage.. plus there are a few mk2s about with the full abarth kit.. dont see em around much.. im sure i heard there were only originaly 3 sold in this country
