Technical Uno performance

Hey there

I have a Fiat Uno 999c Fire (1989 carb model)

I would like to gain some performance in my engine, possibly make it faster. Are there any cheap mods I can do to make it gain that little extra speed?

I also have considered these 2 options however they are a bit costly:

- Fitting a turbo to my existing engine
- Changing the engine completely to a 14turbo

I also would like to know about performance gain and fuel consumption on these, which 1 do you recommend?? and is there a cheap mod to add to my existing engine??
