black and decker scorpion, and fibre glass and p38
cut the unwanted bits off (roughly) level off with file or sandpaper. cover gap on the back with fibreglass then p38 on top. sand till smooth,primer, spray colour, done

when i sell my uno the grille may get sold seperate, as with the other grille i did (if i can get a replacement grille)
