Technical Uno 70sxie diagnostic sockets query

Hi,
I have a uno 70sxie with two diagnostic sockets, 1 for electrics and 1 for fuel system (i presume). Does anybody know what format the output from the sockets is ie RS232 etc. Any help would be much appreciated.

One is for ECU, other one could be for ABS/Airbag etc.

One is for the Bosch fuel ECU, the other is for the ignition system.

The serial protocol will be specific to them or something very old at least. Its a 20 year old system
