i have a spare gearbox, but there are details wich bug me. for example
spa3188.jpg

this axle wich i am pointing, can't turn it. is ti suposed to be like that?

and this lever for changing gears...
spa3189.jpg

also can't move it with my hand. is there something wrong with the gearbox or it has to be like that?

You might not be able to turn the input shaft by hand when in a low gear as it is just quite hard to do that. If you cannot move the selector lever and the shaft is seemingly locked it adds up to something more serious perhaps. I would sugegst that a selector fork has broken, so it is stuck in gear or in between a gear. You are going to need to open the gearbox to find out I'm afraid.

dam it, so a "new" gearbox will be probably the best solution?

Yes, if they are available and cheap like they are here.

The solution may be simple, like the outside selecting mech is damaged or just sort of stuck. If you are handy with fixing things and you are not in too much of a hurry, then take it apart and have a look.

The gearchange requires a combination of the two 'inputs' (that is, movement of the two controls) to select gears. You might not be able to move the rod you are pointing to without also moving the rod that runs up the middle of the diff housing (visible in your picture).

If the gearbox is in a high gear, the input shaft may be hard to turn. High gear = driveshaft turns further for each turn of the input shaft.

You should be able to get the gearbox into neutral by moving both the gearchange controls to a middle position. Then the input shaft should be easy to turn. If not, then Lewey is right, the gearbox is probably broken internally. Still may be fixable with spare parts.

the gearbox was taken apart this morning, the second gear was crumbeld into various pieces, problem "solved" meaning i'm staying with the old gearbox.
