General ulysse key fob with remote

I need a new key fob for 2004 ulysse, the remote locks and unlocks ok but the metal bit that goes into the ignition has parted company from the fob. It wont start the car without the fob and at the moment has a lot of glue and prayers holding the two together ( and with this the fold-up action doesn't !) . Is a new one from Fiat the only answer ?

Take out the tiny immobiliser part and glue it into the ignition pick up ring. If you need further help join the EV2 Facebook group as listed lower down.
