Technical Tyres wearing on the inside

Hi,I have a 17 year old punto mk2
Have only ever changed the shocks at the front.
The front tyres are wearing badly at the inside,before I go and get the tracking adjusted should I be looking to change ball joints or track rod ends
as part of preventative maintenance?

If they are showing signs of being very worn then yes, what about springs and other suspension components, any recent work or changes?

No all suspension parts are original including springs,except for the
shocks which were changed about 3 years ago,so should I bring it to mechanic first to see if its needs suspension parts??

Yes probably a good idea, there could be a few bits that are worn and need replacing.
