Tyre query

14x6j wheels - most recommend a 195/45 tyre for the Cento. I have a 2nd set of 14x6j wheels which I wanted to use on the 126, but 195 I fear may be a tad too wide. Wanted to go for 185/45 but the only company that I could see having made that size (Toyo) seem to have discontinued them. 175/50 seems to be the only other choice and it has the same rolling radius as the 195/45. I just want to be sure that they won't be too thin for 6j rimzzz?

http://www.alloywheels.com/tyrecalc.asp reckons they're good for wheels from 5" - 6.5" wide but I like to be sure before I commit

195/45 is what i run on my 6j wheels, yup they are fine

oh and 175 would be ok too, its the narrowest i would go on a 6 j tho

Nice one Mr C. I'll be getting the 195's for the Sei first anyway so will test them on the 126 and see how they sit, if it looks too wide I'll go for the 175's
