Technical Tyre Pressures?

Hi there. Just brought some alloys for my 1.4 bravo. 195/50 multispoke. Put 26 in front and 28 in rear. but the steering seems abit slugish.

Anyone know if these are the right pressures or not?

i have 195/50 and i always keep them at 33psi front and rear, although i increase that to 35psi if im going on a long motorway journey.
