TurtleWax ICE Synthetic Liquid Polish

TurtleWax ICE Synthetic Liquid Polish

Its ok. Its not actually what they advertise it as. It is in no way a polish. Just a coating you put over a washed car.

Very easy to put on. Squirt onto the included applicator pad and wipe over a panel (Do not do a whole car in one go as it will dry and you will not get it off!). Buff to a shine whilst still wet and jobs a goodun.

Admittedly, the shine it creates is very good, however, the durability isnt great and you will find yourself having to do it every week, unlike a proper polish which will be spot on as long as you wash and chamois the car.

This is based on the "old formula" as turtlewax are now advertising a new formula which is supposed to be 3 times as durable. I havent tried it.

I would recommend it but only for a quick going over. if you want a proper, long lasting finish, wash your car properly and polish it with a good polish. This is not a polish.

This is pretty much about right. I find it will bead for about a weeks worth of rain and then it fades off.

Doesn't take long to apply and do though so if you wash the car everyweek with water its quite good, easy to apply and buff off.

sounds like more of a quick detailer then rather than a polish/ wax or whatever...

might aswell get megs last touch instead- can be bought in 5 litre tubs and is dilutable so works out cheap. can also be used as a drying lube and adds a bit of shine again to your car if it has been waxed.

Tris get your hands on some DODO Time To Dry ;) :slayer:

Dodo wax is crap. Ive got a pot that i dont use, i will bring it along if you want to try some. Time to dry is alright, expensive though.

Turtle wax ice will never be used by me. I would much prefer to spend more money on SRP and then a good wax to protect the paint.

I use nxt 2.0 on my car. Can I apply ice liquid polish in-between nxt applications as a quick retailer without removing my nxt wax? Thanks.
