Technical turbo noise

we have recently noticed an small oil leak i think it is coming from near the turbo, this has happened before but was fixed a couple of years back. Only problem now is we have heard a whistling noise from the turbo is this because of the oil leak or does it mean that the turbo is on its way out hope not as weve already spent a fortune keeping her on the road :bang:

but we still love our car
