trouble removing bumper

After collecting all bits needed for mi car i've started to remove the front bumper, most of the bolts have snapped off which aint a problem as i can drill the remainder out later. the bolts i'am stuck with are the 1's connected to the wings. who's dumb idea was it not to put a nut on the end of them, they just pissin spin. How as anyone else done this or did you get lucky?

I feel your pain mate as exactly the same happened to me, i was doing it in the street as well and it started to rain to make things worse!!!!

In my case i 'carefully' yanked the bumper off at those points as the plastic stretches and eventually cracks, i was fitting a new one in its place and cut a slit at that point and bent the plastic back slightly to get it round the spinning nut then bent it back once in place, not the best way to do it i'm sure but it done the job for me!

Done it as you replied. All i did was made a slit next to the bolt with a stanley knife then gently pulled it off. Gunna cut the bolts off and use new 1's for the abarth bumper i got to go on.
