General Trip Meter

Hi there!

I have just bought a 2001 2.0l Ulysse and am loving it!! Unfortunately there is no manual with it and I'm probably just being dumb, but i can't seem to find a trip meter anywhere. The mileometer is there with a button under it but that's all.

Does anyone know where the trip counter is please?!

Apologies in advance if it's staring me in the face!

Trip meter distance is above the total mileage,reset button is one at lower right (underneath handbrake on symbol)...hope this helps?

You say it's a 2.0, but is it a S or EL?

If it's an EL then the mileometer will be digital. The button below it should flip it between total miles and trip-meter.

Thanks Hippo, yes it's an EL. I've tried pressing that button but it just seems to stay on total miles. Looks like I'll have to get it to a garage!

When switching on does it display a spanner and the mileage to next service?

This button is also used to reset the mileage to next service.

TBH it's not worth taking to a garage as the cost would outweigh the benefit.

Hi Hippo, yes it does display the spanner and I think I may have reset the service counter whilst I was trying to find the trip counter. It's only just been serviced though, so it doesn't really matter that if it's reset itself.
