I was thinking of fitting one, but they're a bit expensive. It would take several years for it to pay for itself in premium discounts; but I suppose it'd be quicker if my car was stolen/recovered.

Ah but what if they just nicked it and did'nt drive it like that, it happened to be dumped in a garage round the corner?!?

I think trackers are always worth it, depends on how much you love your pride and joy tho to fork out £500!

I'd say if you had a Ferrari or M3 or similar supercar/desirable car (no offence meant!) then yeah get a tracker, but a good thatcham cat 1 alarm/immobliser should stop the car being stolen in the first place and will only cost you £250.-350.
